Leaders who complete the
Advanced Leadership Training programme are eligible to take a course that prepares them to
be members of the grassroots training team. This team leads the basic Membership Training
programme at the local level. The TOT training is given in three phases including:
examining the role of the trainer, practical experience in leading trainings and group
work; and learning the methodology guiding SEWA training.
